The </span><span>Journal </span><span>provides a forum for the dissemination of empirical and theoretical research that focuses on issues concerning microenterprise and small business development, especially under conditions of adversity. Articles cover a broad range of topics, including international developmental entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship in the informal economy, challenges and opportunities unique to minority and women entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship and self-employment in developing context, and networks within and among entrepreneurial ventures. </span><br /><span>It is anticipated that the new Editor will assume her/his responsibilities at the beginning of 2018. Does anyone know of schools that do allow it - so I can try to change our university's opinion?
